Los Angeles Clippers NBA Star Baron Davis arrived on the island ready to get some sun and enjoy some fantastic diving. Recommended to him by some friends, Davis could not wait to touch down on Ambergris Caye. Staying at an exclusive resort up North, Davis plans to enjoy the island lifestyle.

Little Angel's Pre-school holds Mother's Day Event

Beautiful hand painted cards were carefully hung around the San Pedro Lions Den for the Little Angel's Pre-school mothers. In celebration of Mother's Day, Little Angels prepared a special presentation for that special lady in all our lives.

Presentations included dance performances ....

Queen's University visits island schools

Based out of Canada, Queen's University arrived on San Pedro Town as part of their six week program to educate students on various important topics.Some of the topics touched were Child Abuse, Healthy Relationships, Drug Abuse, and Puberty.

Financing is garnered by the students through donations and fundraising all year round. This is the first year the program has been held in San Pedro Town, New Horizons was yesterday and today was San Pedro Roman Catholic School.

Queen's University students in no particular order: Jen Redwood, Lindsay Scott, Elizabeth Poon, Kasey Hemington and Mary Barber.
