ABC Pre School celebrates Father’s Day

Over 50 proud fathers gathered at the ABC Pre School on Friday Morning, June 17th, creating arts with their child. This was done in an effort to celebrate fathers – providing a bonding experience between father and child – in honor of this special day.

Child Stimulation Month continues

The ABC Pre-schoolers headed to The San Pedro Fitness Club for a fun filled morning of games and fun.

Students started off with a rousing rendition of the Belizean National Anthem:

Following Our Lord's Prayer, students then sang the official ABC Pre-school song:

Then students joined in some great games, including a lime and spoon race:

To cool off, some students jumped in the pool as well.

This is just one of the many activities ABC has undertaken for Child Stimulation Month.

ABC Pre-School parents create Valentine art with children

Valentine's Day is super special for many reasons...at ABC Pre-School, parents were invited to join their little ones in creating some beautiful artwork honoring the day of love. Parents got into the crafting with glue, paper, crayons, scissors and more...helping their sons and daughters to make beautiful memories...

Charlotte Hansen and the Bunkhouse Gang at ABC Pre-School

The children at ABC Pre School had great fun this morning when a colorful bunch of puppet friends came by to say hello, sing some songs and make new friends.

Charlotte Hansen, who is on the island for a week is making several stops at the various schools on the island with her puppet friends, and they have been brightening the days of the children everywhere they go.

Saturday is the official big show, which is a fundraiser for SAGA Humane Society. Don't miss what promises to be a super fun event!!

San Pedro Schools get into the Halloween Spirit

Schools across San Pedro got into the spirit of Halloween. At ABC Pre School, students and teachers were dressed in fun costumes while they sang and danced in the spirit of Halloween. As a special treat for students at the pre-school, workers from the Holiday Hotel stopped by to donate tasty cupcakes, while representatives from the San Pedro Town Council gave out treats, crayons and coloring books.

At the Island Academy, parents and guardians cheered on as the different classes competed amongst themselves, vying for the titles of Scariest, Funniest, Fairest Maiden and Most Creative costumes.
