Every year, Larry and Debbie Heimgartner team up with Manelly's Ice Cream Parlor to bring some much needed relief to the students of San Pedro RC Primary School. Paletas (ice pops) are an ice cold treat that bring relief to the students while they study in their hot classrooms.The Heimgartners have been doing this wonderful activity every year, and the kids are always extra happy to enjoy their treats!!
Loud shouts of "Thank You" fill the air as the Heimgartners go from classroom to classroom with their very able helpers and even Manelly's owner Manuel del Valle.
