Prime Minister Meets with Major Shareholders in CPBL

Press Release - Belmopan- January 14th 2011- Under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Dean Barrow, the two major shareholders in Citrus Products of Belize Ltd (CPBL) met and agreed on a strategy that hopefully will bring them closer together for the good of the citrus industry and for the good of Belize.

At the meeting held today, Banks Holdings was represented by Sir Allan Fields and Mr Richard Cozier, while the Citrus Growers Association and affiliates were represented by Mr. Denzil Jenkins, Mr. Henry Anderson, Ms. Rosella Zabaneh, Mr. Jeffrey Locke and Mr. Eccleston Irving. Mr. Alan Slusher, Adviser to the Minister of Finance, was also present at the meeting.

Capital Tour by Horseback courtesy of Tropic Air

Tropic Air extended an invitation to several agents to join the crew for a FAM trip today Friday. Guests fly out from San Pedro to Belmopan. Upon arrival, they are helped on their horses, which they ride for the "Capital Tour" by horseback.
