In March, attendees of a conference held by Hemispheres Publishing at Exotic Caye Resort heard about ECI’s efforts at Holy Cross Anglican School to provide breakfast and lunch for some 400 students who otherwise would go hungry each day. ECI and Exotic Caye Beach Resort collected donations from conference attendees totaling $500 BZ to support the program. This latest donation brings the total donated to the nutrition & feeding program this year by Exotic Caye Resort and ECI Development to $1500 BZ. In addition to Exotic Caye Beach Resort, ECI Development owns the San Pedro Fitness Club and is developing the Grand Baymen community in San Pedro Town.
