Four people are lucky after a fire that could have destroyed their entire house was put out quickly. Just after 11 on Wednesday morning, the fire department responded to the scene of a fire on Manta Ray Street in the DFC Area of San Pedro Town. 
Luckily neighbors in the area lent a helping hand moments after they saw smoke and flames coming out from one of the windows. The fire partially destroyed one of the bedrooms, while some of the household items received smoke and water damage.
According to the police, preliminary investigations have revealed that the cause of fire may be due to electrical failure. Read more on the fire in this week’s issue of the San Pedro Sun.
