Supreme Court hands down Decision on the 2008 Annual Tariff Review Proceeding
The Supreme Court handed down its decision this morning on the case brought by Belize Electricity Limited (BEL) appealing the Public Utilities Commission’s Final Decision, following the 2008 Annual Tariff Review Proceeding.
The Court dismissed BEL’s appeal. BEL is reviewing the decision.
