Belize’s very own Leroy Healy Longsworth has made us proud again when he competed in the 2010 NPC Sacramento Bodybuilding Championships; held on Saturday November 6th in Sacramento California, where he placed 5th in the heavyweight category.
Leroy is well known in the local and Central American bodybuilding circle and was a part of the 2007 national team that competed for the country in the Central American Championships held here in Belize, where he took the Silver medal in the heavyweight category.
The Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation of Belize congratulates Leroy on his tenacity, hard work and accomplishment and recognizes him as a truly outstanding Belizean.
